The Development Process Before we make our products available , each is evaluated against a test matrix based upon the international specifications of the vehicle manufacturers. Only on passing these tests does a new formulation go forward for process optimisation on our production lines, to become part of our Resilon© product portfolio. Our coating- development programmes begin with a customer’s problem. If we don’t already have a product to solve that specific problem, we design one that does. This is the “Alpha Advantage”. We believe that the way to making a superior product is to start with a specific problem and then solve it. In doing so, we not only consider the dry- film performance of the product but also how the customer will apply it . |
