The success of any coating is largely dependent upon the process employed for its application.   At Alpha, we not only understand the importance of this relationship, but insist that we design and manufacture all of our own application and curing systems.

This enables us to offer a wider range of services to our customers.   Our engineers are happy  to share their application knowledge and experience with our customers to ensure the finished sealing systems or NVH components exceed the car makers’ expectations.

Alpha’s team of engineers solves customers’ problems through custom-tailored solutions which meet their needs, space constraints and production rates.

A wide range of technologies is available to meet those needs, based on part geometry, part volume and the need for any secondary operations.  These technologies include robotic application equipment, overhead conveyors, chain-on-edge conveyors, air-impinged IR-cure technology and UV-cure technology.
