Our processes are not limited to the application of our coatings; we are also able to complete secondary operations such as taping, pegging, flocking, end sealing and the application of hot foam mastic.

All of these processes can be applied to one or more of the following types of dynamic sealing systems:

Our application and curing equipment has been designed to accommodate families of like parts to accomplish consistency of application, with versatility achieved through eight types of chain-on-edge, conveyor or bulk footage lines. We are able to process a wide cross-section of complex geometric seals from small “O”-rings to 500-ft rubber coils (and everything in between), using innovative fixturing technology.
