At Alpha’s Elastomeric Coating Division, we take full advantage of our “3P”- Principle (Product + Process = Perfect Performance).

The 3P-Principle begins with the coatings we apply to our customers’ sealing systems.  Our development chemists formulate hybrid coatings based upon the latest engineering-resin technologies.   These resins provide a combination of toughness and durability upon which we build lubricity and chemical resistance to meet the exacting demands of global automotive specifications.

No matter how good the formulated coating, its ultimate performance is influenced by the application process that deposits it onto the elastomeric component.   We take this aspect as seriously as selecting the precise combinations of engineering polymers used in our coatings.  These are maximised by our engineering teams’ skills in developing and building the application and curing equipment used.
